Your Appetizer Choices are:

Caesar Salad - New England Clam Chowder  -  Ahi-Seaweed salad (sesame encrusted seared rare ahi tuna with cucumber wasabi sauce and pineapple),
Pan Seared Crab Cake field greens, chipotle aioli and grape tomato garni -

Swordfish Tips Florentine  30

Grilled marinated swordfish tips and steamed baby spinach over rice pilaf with lemon beurre blanc

 

8 oz Sirloin Top Steak on the Stone  30

 High Choice steak on the Stonegrill with shrimp, scallops, bearnaise sauce, veggie and your choice of potato

 

Haddock Polonaise Risotto 30

Polonaise coated fresh native haddock on top of creamy goat cheese risotto with asparagus spears and grape tomato salad.

 

Chicken Cordon Bleu  30

Boneless, panko crusted chicken breast stuffed with ham and Swiss cheese and baked, over wild rice pilaf with lemon citrus butter and asparagus

 

Stuffed Sole with Lobster Newburg sauce  30

Twin filets of sole with seafood stuffing and topped with lobster Newburg sauce, served over rice pilaf, with vegetables. 

 

Salmon Valentino  30

Salmon with wild berry beurre blanc, over jasmin rice, with asparagus
