Big Chill - ahi tuna with English cucumber, avocado, wasabi aioli and micro greens

Crab Cake, hand packed, pan seared fresh lump crabmeat with chipotle aioli and mango salsa

Oysters Rockefeller - baked oysters on the 1/2 shell with cream spinach and fennel filling

Basil Scallops - basil basted sea scallops with roasted garlic and cauliflower puree

Roast Prime Rib of Beef au jus 

14 oz.  Slow cooked boneless rib with natural pan au jus, mashed potatoes, and asparagus

Easy Man Baked Stuffed Lobster

Double stuffed lobster with lobster, shrimp, scallops & seafood stuffing. Served with drawn butter, coleslaw, and your choice of potato.

Lamb Osso Buco

Fork tender slowly braised lamb shanks in the style of osso buco over angel hair pasta with roasted asparagus.

Pecan Encrusted Salmon  

Pecan encrusted salmon over creamy spinach parmesan risotto and flamed red grapes.

 

Chicken Marsala

Sauteed chicken with prosciutto ham, roasted peppers and spinach in a marsala demi sauce over wild mushroom ravioli
