Your Entrée Choices Are:

Roast Prime Rib of Beef au jus 

14 oz.  Slow cooked boneless rib with natural pan au jus, mashed potatoes, and asparagus

Easy Man Baked Stuffed Lobster

Double stuffed lobster with lobster, shrimp, scallops & seafood stuffing. Served with drawn butter, vegetable, and your choice of potato.

Stone Filet Mignon

Filet medallions on the stonegrill. Three 3 oz tenderloin medallions with asparagus and choice of potato.

Veal Oscar

Sautéed breaded veal cutlet topped with asparagus spears, lobster meat and bearnaise sauce with rice pilaf.

Chicken Saltimbocca  

Statler chicken breast stuffed with prosciutto ham and provolone cheese, over sauteed peppers, spinach, and a marsala demi sauce with mushroom ravioli


Grilled Salmon Citrus 

with asparagus over jasmine rice with a lemon citrus blanc sauce

Oven roasted native haddock, parmesan risotto, balsamic drizzle, asparagus and bruschetta tomatoes
